Our client is seeking an associate in law school class years 2013-2016 to join its Securities and White-Collar litigation team in Palo Alto. Candidates must have experience in securities litigation and white-collar defense, regulatory investigation, and compliance matters.

Our client is seeking associates who have three to five years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) and who have experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations, and other white-collar and regulatory enforcement, as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters. Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organization preferred.
